Aged Out Foster Care

We believe every young adult aging out of foster care deserves a strong launch into independence. Founded by Kakila T-Brown, our program offers safe housing, life-skills coaching, job readiness support, and one-on-one mentorship—all designed to bridge the gap between foster care and a thriving adulthood. Over 12 months, residents work side-by-side with our team to master budgeting, career planning, mental-health wellness, and community integration.
