Each location that an entity seeks to operate as a recovery residence\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eshall comply with the requirements of 12VAC35-260, including: meet the standards of a credentialing entity identified in 12VAC35-260;\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ehold a credential, accreditation, or charter from The Virginia Association of Recovery Residences or Oxford House; and be included on\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ethe certification list maintained by DBHDS.
